The Weekly Stupids V2P1 - How to look stupid AND shoot yourself..
The officer is from the DEA and is explaining gun safety to these kids. What followed is like.. knocking yourself in the nuts while demonstrating the effectiveness of a ball guard.
I DO like how he kept the straight face though. That takes some...
Funniest part of the video:
"I'm the only one in this room that knows how to handle a gun like *BANG*....."

Ps. Oh and now I remember why I did not update TWS as often. I remember that YouTube and other websites along with internet apps were not working due to the damaged cables. Yay! Now I have a legit excuse.

The Weekly Stupids V1P8 - The Return of the Stupids
The long awaited return of the hotly anticipated, 'The Weekly Stupids" has now come to a halt as today we resume the largely well-liked weekly post.
HOWEVER, this is underway, only with a slight change of plan.
Subsequent to the Americans growing some gray cells and putting Obama in charge, The Weekly Stupids will now, instead of showcasing American stupidity, showcase all kinds of stupidity, from all races and corners of the world. It will also include regular humour, but I'll try and narrow it down to vlogs or something TWS worthy..
Going through the 'tube the other day, and came across this. I personally am NOT racist in any form, but I do enjoy racist jokes. Anything that can help transcend racial boundaries in a light hearted manner is cool with me.
Either way, this shit cracked me up.
(Warning: Strong Language)

The Weekly Stupids V1P7 - Equal Opportunity
(Sorry for the late update)
Now, while this may not necessarily showcase stupidity (I actually think it's kinda cool and want to try it out myself), it's nice to see that in America you can get a job no matter how well you're displaced. That's one way to throw a positive light on obesity...
Fat Kids ARE useful...
I want to be the kid who gets launched..

The Weekly Stupids V1P4 - "Hi 911? Yes there's someone trying to barge into the house that I'm occupying illegally.."
When you call the cops, make sure that YOU'RE not the one that's doing something illegal. Or possessing illegal contraband..

Police arrest squatter who called them for help
LINCOLN, Neb. - Lincoln police reported the rare occurrence of arresting a man who called them for help. Officials said a 25-year-old man called police Wednesday night to say someone was trying to break into his apartment.
When police arrived, they discovered it was the apartment manager trying to get into the apartment, which was supposed to be vacant.
Police said someone had illegally changed the locks on the apartment, and the man arrested was illegally occupying it.
Police also found more than three pounds of marijuana, equipment used to grow marijuana and nearly $3,500 in cash in the apartment. [Malizomg's edit] Like that wasn't reason enough to arrest him [end Malizomg's edit]
AND he had drugs in his house too.. Talk about shooting yourself in the foot.

The Weekly Stupids V1P3 - James Bond he's not..
Stuck 'agent' tells cops of
secret, 'bomb' mission.
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – It wasn't the preferred way to enter the Knoxville Museum of Art, but Richard Anthony Smith told police he was on a mission. The 25-year-old Knoxville man called 911 from his cell phone before dawn Wednesday saying he was trapped in an air conditioning duct leading from the museum roof, Knoxville police spokesman Darrell DeBusk said.
Police and firefighters reached the roof, found a rope and cable and followed them to a vent shaft. Peering inside, they spotted Smith about 45 feet down.
"Mission failed," he told them.
Hoisted up and read his rights, Smith told police he was a "special agent from the United States Illuminati, badge number 0931" and had rappelled onto the museum from a helicopter, a police report said.
He said he was following orders to "defuse and confiscate" a Soviet-made nuclear warhead, specifically a "MERV6SS-22AN" warhead, according to the report. The bomb supposedly was hidden in a blue, plastic cow sculpture in the museum basement, he said.
However, Smith told officers his "agency" called while he was in air-vent limbo to say it made a mistake and the bomb might be in a Memphis museum instead.
Police charged Smith with aggravated robbery. He was being held on $2,000 bond at the Knox County Jail. Authorities said he did not have a lawyer.
"Fortunately he was able to reach his cell phone," DeBusk said, "or he may not have been found for quite some time."

Lol. At least he was being original. Although I liked the, "Illuminati, badge no. 0931". Classy touch.

The Weekly Stupids V1P2 - Let THEM explain..
Ok, so considering that I'm not a citizen of the USA, it could be said that I have no right to do what I do here in these posts. You know, who am I to defile the chastity of this (once?) great nation.
So here is another video off the tube. I saw it a while ago and it was actually quite refreshing to see a Yank stand up and tell the whole world JUST how stupid his brethren are. You GO dude!

The Weekly Stupids V1P1 - All Beauty No Brains
Welcome to the first edition of, 'The Weekly Stupids,' an online dedication to the stupidest people that I can find in the only superpower of the 21st Century.
For my first post I would like to introduce none other than Lauren Caitlin Upton. A Miss Teen USA 2007 contestant (She came fourth eventually) from South Carolina, was asked a seemingly simple question.
Pay close attention to her not-so-simple answer:
Delivered as promised!

Roomieroom
So my visiting brother finally left a couple of nights ago. This saw my glorious return to my room. However this moment of peace and tranquility will be extremely short lived as in a few days I shall be having a visiting aunt and uncle over and so will see my posterior lobbed back onto the couch in the living room. Recently, UK blogger TJ was witness to this treatment and I've always wondered what he thought about our couch-bed.
A month or so ago, I started a little project where I would, on a blog, make a showcase of the falling average in American IQ levels. For reasons yet unbeknown to me I shut it down. Probably because no one ever visited. THEREFORE, my genius brain has come up with this mind-b(l)oggling plan to have a weekly article called... *drum roll* The Weekly Stupids, which will publish every Friday. Here I will showcase all that I did on that blog. And so this way at least it will have some readership and at the same time my blog will get more hits. Joy!
I've also realized that I never make use of the 'labels' feature. I really should, it would make my blog a little more accessible. Henceforth, all posts will have labels. Yay! Big resolution. Maybe I'll also have a limited number of labels making everything more... categorized?
At this point I spent a good 45 minutes labeling ALL of my past posts. I am now late for a task that I was supposed to have started at 3 o clock. It is currently 3:36pm and now I've gotta make a run for it. But that can wait. First I finish post!
Lastly, University has reopened and now I am in my Junior year. Just this year and one more left after which I can wash my hands clean off Manipal University (as it is now known). The flip side to going to such a terrible university is how well I am doing for myself otherwise. I'm doing well academically, I have a job in the Media industry with one of the biggest local media giants, working to develop one of their premier websites. I also am a property agent with DAMAC properties, one of the biggest Master Developers in the UAE. I'm also just really really cool.
Whooo!
M
